In the name of God, Amen. I, Aaron Tredway of the Commonwealth of
Kentucky and County of Christian, calling to mind the mortality of
my body and knowing that it is appointed for all men once to die
and being sound of mind and memory do make and ordain this as my
Last Will and Testament, as follows (to wit):
First, my will and desire is that my wife Elenor have all my
property whereunto she has any right or title, to be by her fully
and quietly enjoyed during her life and at her decease to be
equally divided between my Daughters (to wit) Nancy, Elenor,
Leanah, Jenny, Melinda, to be by them and their heirs fully and
quietly enjoyed forever, amen.
In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my
seal this 19th day of September 1805.
