     In the Name of God Amen, I, Timothy Keen of Baltimore County in the Province of Maryland, Planter, being Sick and weak of body, But in perfect mind and memory and knowing that it is Appointed for all Men Once to die do constitute and Appoint this my Last Will and Testament in manner and for following, that is to say Chiefly and first of all I recommend my Soul into the Hands of its Mercifull Creator wholely trusting in the Merrits of my Blessed Redeemer for a Joyful Resurrection at the last Day and as for my body I commit it to the Earth from whence it came there to be decently Interred by the Executor of this my last Will and Testament and as for my worldly Estate wherewith it hath pleased God to bless me with all.  I Give bequeath and dispose of in Manner and form following, 

     Impreimis: I Give and bequeath unto my dear and loving Wife Mary Keen my Dwelling Plantation during her natural life and after her decease unto the Child she now goes with and unto his or hers lawfull Heirs forever in case the Said Child my wife now goes with should happen to die if a boy before it comes to Age, or if a Girl before it hath ___ lawful Child born in wedlock then my Will is that my aforesaid Dwelling Plantation shall after my Wife's Decease fall unto my Son Aquila Kenn unto his heirs for ever.  

     Item:  I Give unto my Son Aquila Keen the hundred Acres of Land I bought of Isaasc Webster and Jacob Giles the Said land beginning at a Spanish Oake and an Ash and Joynining unto Mich Websters land the which hundred Acres of land  I Give unto my said son Aquila Keen unto his heirs lawfully begotten in Wedlock and for Want of such lawfull heirs my Will is that after my said Son Aquila's decease that the Said Hundred Acres of land or any Other land that he may happen to Enjoy belonging unto me be equally divided between my Two Daughters, Mary Brown and Ann Keen or their lawfull issue.

     Item:  I Give unto my daughter Ann Keen my Plantation called Little Scotland, containing One hundred Acres of land the which I Give unto her and her heirs lawfully begotten in Wedlock, but for want of such heirs my Will is that the aforesaid hundred Acres of land shall after the decease of my siad Daughter Ann fall unto my Son Aquila Keen unto his lawfull heirs for ever.

     Item:  My Will is that my said Son Aquila continue to live with his mother until he attains unto the age of Tweny One Years, but in case his Mother should die before he attains unto the aforesaid age of Twenty One I then desire and herby empower my friend William Bradford to take my said Son Aquila under his case and what belongs to him and take care of it for my said Son's use untill he shall attain unto the aforesaid Age of Twenty one years and put him unto some honest Trade and I further desire, Empower and request my said Friend William Bradford to be aiding and assisting unto my wife in the Management of her affairs and to have an Eye over my Son Aquila Keen that he behaves himself and dutifully to his Mother.

     Item: I give unto my Daughter Mary Brown the horse colt which I bought of James Fowler.  And as for the rest of my Worldly Estate my will is that after all my Just Debts are paid it be equally divided Among my wife and the Child she goes with and my Son Aquila, my Daughter Mary Brown and my Daughter Ann Keen, but my will is that what my daughter Mary Brown hath already received of me be recorded a part of my Personal Estate.  

     And Lastly, I do Constitute and appoint my aforesaid friend William Bradford my whole and sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament, utterly before made.  Ratifying and Confirming this only as my last Will and Testament.  IN Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this Tweny fourth Day of January Anno Dom, 1732/3.

Balt. Co.ty, SS, April 20th, 1733 Came John Paca and Thomas Tredway two of the Subscribing Evidences to the aforegoing WIll and made Oath on the Holy Evangelist of Almighty God that they Saw the Testator, Timothy Keen sign and Seale and heard him publish and declare the same to be this last Will and Testament and at the time of his ___ doing he was to the best of their Knowledge of sound and disposing mind and memory and that they Subscribed the said Will in presence of the said Testator, also that they saw Margt Pritchad the Other subscribing Witness Sign the said Will in the Testators presence.  Sworn to before Tho.
