I Zadock Thomas of the County of Caldwell, State of Kentucky,
being sick in body, but sound in mind, calling to mind the frailty
of my body, and certainly of death, do make make this my last Will
and Testament, revoking all others by me heretofore made,
1st: I
will that all my just debts be paid.
2nd: I give to my beloved wife Sally the sole and entire
____ of all my estate both personal and real, during her natural
life, and after her death it is my will.
3rd: That my Daughter Malinda have all my household and
kitchen furniture and an equal share with the rest of my children
of all my estate.
4th: I will that the balance remaining of my estate shall be
equally divided among my children _____, my daughter Louie Rhodes,
Ransom Thomas, Fanny Canada, William Thomas, and Malinda Thomas,
to have and to hold forever, and for the purpose of having this my
last will carried into effect.

Right side of will is cut off so and leaving blanks on that side.
I
make, and ordain and constitute my wife Sally Thomas and Jeremiah
N. Rucker as my executors to sell ____ dispose of so much of my
estate as will enable them to pay all of my lawful debts (if so
much remains after supporting my family and _____ -act all
and every thing and matter, as tho I were personally p____

In testimony whereof I have hereunto (set crossed out) affixed my
hand and seal this 13th day of May 1829.

of Kentucky, Caldwell County Sct.
At County Court held for said County at the Court _____ in the
town of Princeton, on Tuesday the 20th day of October the within
last Will and Testament of Zadock Thomas dec'd was in Court, and
proven by the Oaths of Jeremiah Rucker, and Thomas Rucker, two
subscribing witnesses thereto, and the _____ was then ordered to
be recorded. In Testimony whe___ (reof?) and that I have
recorded the same, together with the _____ in my office, I
hereunto set my hand as clerk of the said County on this 20th day
of October 1829.
