For a long time now there have been a number of anime clubs and groups in Michigan and the United States and they have stayed relatively autonomous. However, some didn;t have the staying power to survive, so some have passed from the world or become so small they can do nothing except sit in their basements and watch anime. This is why the Friends of GRAAC was formed.
We, GRAAC, haved vowed to help out those groups that need it by providing anime to show, people to help start out new sections of their clubs, experience when doing new thigns, and whatever they might ask. We do what we can to help anime clubs become more prolific and stronger on their own by giving them a helping hand. I mean, these are Otaku we're talking about here! But, seriously, anime is becoming more and more popular and we like to help those groups that have formed to survive to bring anime even more notoriety.
