What caused the timing, the meeting of minds?
Was it fate, was it destiny, was it just happenstance?
The wires of two souls became intertwined,
Fusing together into one being.

What odds were overcome to allow this to happen?
Were they a million to one, a billion to one?
Would it have ever been without this medium?
Questions perhaps, only the fates of destiny can answer.

But it did happen, through miles of time and space.
Two souls came to know each other,
Two hearts began to beat as one.
Two bodies entwined and fused into one being.

The distance was still there, but the connection stayed.
Two minds thought as one, felt as one, dreamed as one.
Oh joyous moment, this unveiling of destiny.
Oh happiest of times this joining of lives.

But for this "connection", all that is unfolding now,
Would never have been, would never have been found.
The ultimate fulfillment of two who were meant to be one
Would never have occurred!
