The Outreach Program of Resurrection of Youth and Community is dedicated to helping disadvantaged individuals and improving the quaility of life of those in the community who have need. Rejuvenating and protecting an endangered species:"our youth".

Mission Statement: To embrace, resurrect, and cultivate the minds of our underpriviledged and at-risk youth. We will work to provide positive alternatives for a better standard of living for our youth regardless of race, age, creed, color, or sex. Ultimately, any youth that needs our assistance will receive it with hope for the future and little remembrance of the despair left behind.

The program is the brainchild of Rev. Dr. Richard L. Harris (message from the founder) and was started in 1994 (More about us),and is now based in the city of Ecorse Michigan (contact information).
