1 Pound ground/minced Sausage
1 small onion
1 can tomato paste (or as Sandra says
"tube of tomato puree")
1 can (tin) sliced tomatos
1 level Tablespoon mixed herbs
1 frozen ready to bake pastry crust

Mix meat and tomato paste
Add chopped onion
Add mixed Herbs
drain tomatos, add tomatos to mixture
Mix well
Roll out pie/pastry crust into a 10" by 35" oblong
cut edges on a diagonal, 3 inches long on both sides
Place mixture in center of pastry, make sure mixture
is the whole length of pastry
Fold pastry crust over center, then plait cut edges
togather
Brush milk over pastry
Place on baking tray and bake for 35 minutes at
425 degrees or 220 centigrade
