from the date 32nd of Feb

1996, any page that has a

paragraph of text without

exactly 25 characters per

line will be removed by a

qualified remover!  If on

that page there is a line

of text with more than 25

characters; a fine may be

charged to the author and

removal from the internet

may be enforced!  To find
