If you're here after following a link from the ICQ web site, please note that I have not had access to the ICQ number 15813809 for a few years (probably not since 1999). Please complain to the ICQ people that their database is horribly out of date. Tell them how disappointed you are that they limit your productivity with outdated information. Ask them to stop misrepresenting their customers by writing first person messages on their behalf. Urge them to look at this web site and take a hint.

I currently use a different ICQ number. Please go to http://www.koshko.com for information. I also use AIM. I don't recommend the ICQ service because its database is so horribly outdated. People who haven't logged on in years are still listed and can't be removed even if they ask! Furthermore, the ICQ people deliberately deceive the public with inappropriately generated first person messages that seem to come from users who don't even have access to their accounts anymore--making you think those users are still there welcoming your contact!

If you feel you must use ICQ, I recommend you log on to it with the Trillian chat client.
