REIKI - Pronounced "Ray-Key."

A Japanese word meaning universal life energy. It is a very natural, comfortable health procedure that calms and balances the body's internal energy system. This holistic method was used by Tibetans thousands of years ago. By gentle hand placement, energy that is blocked in the body is loosened so that balance may be restored.

THERAPEUTIC TOUCH - "T.T."

Promotes health by using the hands 3-4 inches above the body to repattern the body's energy field. This procedure is an ancient healing practice that was redeveloped in the 1970's by Dolores Krieger, Ph.D., R.N., and Dora Kunz, a natural healer. It is a safe, relaxing treatment.

MEDITATION -

In a tranquil environment one can learn to create a quiet mind where the stresses of everyday life cannot enter.
