	The band was formed in 1986. In the annual Barbados Crop-Over Festival, they won Tune of the Crop in 1996 and the Party Monarch Competition in 1997. Band members Anderson Armstrong (Blood), vocals and guitar; Alison Hinds, vocals; Winston Beckles, drummer; Cecil Riley (O'Shaka), vocals; George Jones, keyboards; Terry Arthur, steel pan piano and percussion. Paul Slater, can also be proud of their 1992 nominations for a Caribbean Music Award in the categories best New Group and Caribbean's #1 Band. Sweetness has been described as one of the best albums produced in the Caribbean in the past 20 years. "DJ Ride" off the new album "In Full Bloom" has been heating up air waves with the distinctive voice of sultry lead singer Alison Hinds and with a memorable catch line of "I want a man come and ride the rhythm" Another song which is sure to become a classic is Do A Number which features the talents of Barbadian calypso legend The Mighty Grynner.
