Folks- please take the time to read this

Once upon a time, there was a girl who had a life. She discovered the Internet- and thought everyone and everything was right cool. She loved to draw, and even offered to draw free stuff for people she had never even met or seen before. A few people asked her to draw some pictures for them, and she did happily.
A few months went by, and the requests were coming in faster. They were hard to keep up with, and this girl named Kylen was busy with her school work and her medical problems. However, she kept her smile and kept drawing.
After a year, the requests came in at approximately 4-6 requests a day. And you know what? Kylen didn't have a life anymore. She had no life but to slave for these people who requested her to draw for them. Maybe it wouldn't have been so bad, but then, requestors started getting mean. They harassed her for their art, and whined about her service to other people and on other people's message boards, as well. This was all very upsetting for her- her she was, getting no pay at all for all her generosities- and here they were, being rude, downright mean, and cruel to her.
Folx- I am no longer taking requets. There have been good requestors that have offered me to take my time and not to inconvienence myself. However, the number of venomous and tactless requestors has been too great. It's been over a year, and I am tired of it all.
I'm sorry folx- but it has to come to an end. The only other artists I can think of that still take requestor torture are the incredibly talented Elista Adkins and Dylan Rinald. However, it's only a matter of time until they drop out of the request business ( business? we don't get paid- called it a service! ) REQUEST SERVICE as well. So you had better think before treating them bad. Both have said they are deeply disturbed by the way they are treated- so there is a good chance they will drop out. You know what they say, folx, it just takes one voice to start everyone singing.
