My first car was a 1956 Ford 2 door Mainline sedan. Dad gave me this car when I was 14 years old. It was not running at the time and he wanted me to make it into a dragster and take it to the track. He knew that I would be old enough to drive on my own at 16, I would be into racing, and he didn't want me to do my racing on the streets. I did finally get the 56 running real good when I was 17, It did do some racing but it never saw a race track! I blew the engine in the 56 when I was 18 and have always intended on fixing it but have not been able to get to it.

I have a lot of Ford parts because over the years I have owned many Ford products.
