Jacob Milnestein's Trilogy consisting of Prosthesis/Gnosis/Apotheosis
Four things make this Fanfic series unusual: it's based on the comic
universe, (in the 1st two parts) it gives a generous amount of attention
to Mindwipe (as well as other less appreciated characters :) ), it uses
Beast War characters w/o using the personalities from the show, and (at
least with parts 1 and 2) a time gap exists between the two parts (allowing
them to feel like very separate stories, yet with some connected
elements. It's similar with part 3, but a little less so.).
