1. EFFORT-I will not, I repeat, will ~*NOT*~ give this award to a page with little effort. Little effort is when you slop on a few pictures, maybe three, and call it a homepage. If your page is an ARCHIVE and it only has 13 pictures, don't sign up! Collect, Scan, and Edit more pictures, then come back and sign up. Please! Another thing, I would like to warn you that the number one thing that I hate about some homepages, is moving pictures. Sure, they are cute! I mean, I love them! Them themselves is not a problem to me. It's when you group them all together so that it takes 5 minutes to load the page, that's my problem. PLEASE DO NOT BUNCH MOVING .GIFS TOGETHER! Thank you!


2. REQUIREMENTS-Look at the requirements for the page by each award. IT WILL HELP! If your page doesn't meet the requirements, go back. Fix your page up a bit, THEN come back and sign up for again. Also, please oh PLEASE do ~*NOT*~ sign up for the Kawaii award if your page has nothing to do with cats or chibis or adoption, ect. I hate that! Why would you even sign up for something that doesn't meet the requirements? Don't worry, though.. I will still find an award that suits your page if you sign up for kawaii, and I don't think your page is kawaii.

	Kawaii	This award is for a Kawaii page! Do you have an all Chibi Usa page that you think deserves this award? Then go ahead and put this as your award you want to win! Keep in mind you have to have an *ALL CHIBI USA* page (or chibi chibi) ~and~ it must be [ good ]. To win this, you don't have to be top notch!(<- see the RULES)
	Grace	This award is for a beautiful, smooth layout. It must be fast-loading and lots of things to do in an orderly fashion. This award is rare, so if you recieve it, congrats!
	#1	This one is top priorty! If you have a nice-looking page, and a lot of things to do, you will receive this award. It doesn't have to be perfect like the one above, but it still is very hard to get this award!
	#2	This is probably the most commonly given one. You are allowed to have a slow-progressing page, but not snail slow! If your page is crowded, you will not be getting this award! If you recieve this, you page is normal, and you might want to spice it up a little!
	#3	This means that your page still deserves an award, but it's not exactly top-notch. It's a little crowded, and slow-moving, but you have fantastic things to do. The graphics may be a little blurry, but otherwise, it's got a nice outline. Just help it out a little, try again, and maybe you'll get another award!
