OKAY! New rules.. I am getting VERY annoyed with putting people on my page, so, instead I am going to keep the names up that have won for October already, but starting November, everyone will be erased. Instead, the picture will be updated maybe more than a month, maybe less? Just whenever I get around to it.. I am very busy lately and I don't have time for a lot of things. So.. whoever gets it right from now on, will be mailed the follwoing: An award(if you have a page and filled out the blank), the blurred picture at it's original form, and a special and surprise Sailor Moon picture!
