BECOMING A PARTNER...
Ministries take money! Some people seem to think that money just "magically appears" in ministry accounts. But did you know that Luke 8:1-3 shows that even Jesus had financial supporters? And the verb tense shows that it wasn't just a "one time thing"! Some ministries, though, want to take your money without telling you what YOU get out of it. You see, God has set up a system whereby you as individuals can participate a ministry, not only to financially support the Lord's work, but to also bring blessings upon your own life! This system is called "sowing and reaping".
Remember the verse in Phillipians where Paul says, "And my God shall supply all your needs, according to His riches in glory"? That statement was directed to those who had financially supported his ministry. In fact, the entire context of the passage is giving! And not only does giving into the God's work bless you, but 2 Corinthians 9:13 says that it glorifies God in the lives of others!
Therefore, we at Sam Maynard Ministries do not "seek the gift itself, but...for the profit which increases to your account"(Phillipians 4:17)! We want to see your life blessed as you participate in God's work through this ministry! And, as this ministry grows and develops, we believe you, as a partner, will also grow and develop in the good things of God!
Becoming a partner with Sam Maynard Ministries is easy! Simply write or e-mail us expressing your desire to become a partner with us. If writing, please enclose your first monthly gift. You may give any amount you like for as long as you like! Please inform us in your first letter of your intents. As a partner giving $30 or more monthly, we will send you each month a special teaching tape, either from our Product catalog or a special message God has given Sam for that month. These tapes are a $5 value, but will be sent free to those partners who give $30 or more per month. If there is a particular series you are interested in, please let us know. We will do our best to accomodate your requests!
We greatly appreciate our partners, and we hope these tapes will minister to you! Your money will be going to finance God's work in this ministry, including such areas as tape and book preparation and publishing, promotional expenses, and travel expenses for the ministry. As you participate in this ministry, be assured that God will receive all the glory for your act of service!
