Lane's House of Pain Page

Solo Projects:
Here's the crews solo projects info:

DJ Lethal: added 10/23- I'm sure by now everyones heard and got "Three dollar bill y'all", it seems like a lot of HOP fans love it. Personally I think it sounds like noise and I don't see much or hear much of Lethal in it. A couple songs were catchy, but I guess you either like that type of music or you don't. Straight from the source, Lethal says his new bands name is "Limp Bizkit" (anyone have a clue what the hell that means?), anyway they are touring with Korn and Helmet and he says that their CD shoud of been out in May or June. I haven't seen it around, has anyone got it or seen it? Also has anyone seen them on tour? If you have any info please e-mail me. Also, Lethal is answering his mail, read on to learn more of this.

UPDATE 7/24= A lot is being learned about Limp Bizkit, first they have been around for a while and have their own webpage, they are on the Warped Tour, Shawn Kuehn has gotten their CD and will see them in concert soon and is going to try to talk to Lethal, Steve Zitnak has seen them and has talked to Lethal, but I haven't gotten any info on his discussion, and finally PJ sent me the following email about Bizkit, again if you have any Bizkit/Lethal info, I beg of you, please email me!

Okay, here's the shit on Limp Bizkit..... They have been around a couple of years, but DJ L joined them sometime within the last year I believe, they have been on the road with KoRn, but I think they are now on the Warped Tour. They have a few web sites out there go to http://www.newulmtel.net/~mdc/menu.htm that's their official site, run by a fan they recruited. From there you can pretty much link to any other site worth visiting, including Flip Records ( their label ). If you want to get your hands on a free demo call 1-888-629-0004, however their album will be out 2 July, if it's not pushed back again. I would get the demo if youcan though because these guys are going big and it will be a collectors item ( can't get Forever Everlasting anymore and people keep begging me for my copy). Well, I've yacked your ear off enough, if you have any questions feel free to e-mail me and I will try to answer!!! By the way GREAT fuckin' page!!!!!! PJ

Danny Boy:Added 10/23- Someone who claims he's Danny Boy emailed me, the message was in all caps (hit the capslock button) and he managed to rip on me ("sounds like LOB, give me a fucking break kid!"). Well, me a shitload of other HOP fans don't have a clue what A.T.F sounds like because we have yet to hear any of their shit yet! (what happened to May/June?) Straight from the source, Danny Boy's new solo band is called "A.T.F" (no clue what the initials stand for?) but he says it is hardcore brooklyn style rap group, sounds like Lordz of Brooklyn all over again to me. Anyhow, he sent me a some guitar picks and a couple had the ATF logo on one side and "Join or Die" with a skull and crossbones w/ a bullet hole in the skulls forehead. It looks cool! Says CD will be out "soon", I haven't seen it yet so if you have please email me. D-Boy is also answering mail, more on that later.

Everlast:Added 10/23- involved in Lowball soundtrack. I haven't gotten any response from Everlast and someone emailed me saying that he is working on some DJ's new CD (DJ Tranz or something like that). Sorry, I haven't logged on the net or payed much attention to my emails for the past 4 months and every time I try to check out Joe's Pub my computer crashes (either a plug-in problem or something?), but Lane-dog's back in business so if I learn any new news, it'll be on this page w/in 24 hrs.!

Mailing the HOP:
Well what do you know, now that D-Boy and Lethal have new solo projects to promote, they're finally sorting through the mail! Everlast must have his head-up-his-ass because I still haven't heard anything from his punk-ass. Anyway, the two send a black and white 8x10 of the group shot in the sleeve of Rise Again and they personalize it and autograph it. Lethal should go back to penmanship school. D-Boy also sent me 4 guitar picks, 2 of HOP w/ his tag on back and 2 of ATF. Expect a handwritten short letter advertising their new solo project too.

Here's the procedure, boyz, write them individually in care of Tommy Boy Music, 902 Broadway, New York, NY 10010 and send a 8x10 envelope addressed to yourself with at least two stamps on it. I give you this great info w/ two requests: tell them the House of Lane sent ya and tell them of my homepage if possible and if you get any cool shit or info from 'em, please tell me about it! Thanks!!

If anyone sends for Cockni's or Styler's auto, let me know if you get any results and it might take a while, it took me over a year to get a response, but I suppose now that they have something to promote they will find some ambition.
