Power Plants

Power Plants
Because you are not driving a tank, you won't have acces to fusion reactors (although it would have funny consequences).
Assume that most cars will have an electrical power plant because gasoline may be unavailable on many worlds.

DP are "Damage Points", the number of hits required to destroy the power plant. When the power plant is lost, a vehicle can no longer accelerate, but most other systems still work. The vehicle will also decelerate.
Power Factors are used to compute acceleration and top speed, which will be done later.
