Appearance
Same height as Usagi.  Light brown hair that would probably be about waist length.  She wears her hair in odango, like Usagi does, one on each side of her head.  From the odango come two pigtails that are looped up (you know those scenes where Usagi is in the bath and her hair is up?  That's how Tsukiko's looks, except just one loop).  Er...you'd have to see the pictures.  Anyway, she also has green eyes.

Personality
Tsukiko is very brave and intelligent.  She gets excellent grades in school, and tends to have a fit if she doesn't.  She loves extreme sports, like rock climbing and skydiving.  She is very ambitious and daring, and would take any dare that anyone gave her no matter how risky it was.  However Tsukiko, like her sister from the Silver Millenium, Usagi, can be a little clumsy sometimes.  She also tends to rush into a dangerous situation, which usually gets her hurt. Not to mention that she can't run fast, and her gymnastics skills (if that's what you can call them) don't even extend to a cartwheel.
As Sailor Lilith, she never hesitates to attack.  In the Silver Millenium, she was Princess Serenity's sister, Princess Charity.  She was sent to Lilith, Earth's second moon, to live and was raised by Queen Serenity's sister, Queen Charity of Lilith.  Unfortunately, when the Moon Kingdom was destroyed, so was the Lilith Kingdom.

Street Clothes
She wears the same school uniform as Usagi and Ami.  Except that after she gets her Infinity transformation brooch, she wears that too.  Other than that, she usually likes to wear clothes that look good, but that still let her actually move.  One outfit she wears a lot is flared dark blue jeans, with a dark green sweater and a gold star-shaped pendant on a necklace.

Sailor Suit
Gold collar, skirt, and brooch.  Her boots are the same style as Sailor Moon's, only they're gold.  Her bows are both green, and so is the trim on her gloves.  Her choker is green with a gold crescent moon, and her tiara is gold with a green heart on it.  She has the little hair jewel/bobble things like Sailor Moon does, except that hers are green instead of red.
In her Infinity form, the sailorfuku changes.  The colors stay the same.  There is no front bow, just a bandanna (like Minako's school uniform), pinned on with her transformation brooch, and the bandanna's green.  Her sailor suit is now two-piece: a cropped top and a skirt.  The skirt is double-layered, the bottom layer being green and the top being gold.  Her gloves are white, and fingerless.  They come up to a point on her middle finger, and there's a gold jewel from which come these crisscrossing green ribbons...I guess the picture would be a better explanation.  And she has no tiara or choker in this form, just a gold crescent moon on her forehead.
For her Princess form, the fuku changes lots more, so it looks completely different from any other fuku she's worn.  The picture explains it all.

Transformation
Lilith Prism Power, Make Up
What Tsukiko says to transform into Sailor Lilith.  She says this and green ribbons fly out from her bracelet and wrap around her, forming her sailor suit.  Then a green jewel appears on her forehead and becomes her tiara, while green hair bobbles (like Sailor Moon's) appear on her hair.  She then poses in front of a crescent moon.

Lilith Infinity Moon Power, Make Up
Tsukiko says this to transform into Infinity Lilith (her power-up).  It's like her first transformation, only it's a bit different.  Like, she doesn't have a brooch, so the ribbons just seem to appear from nowhere.  Also, the ribbons are gold and not green.  And she doesn't have a tiara, what happens is the crescent moon on her transformation pen sort of transfers to her forehead.  Other than that it's pretty much the same.

Moon Princess Power, Make Up
Usagi's and Tsukiko's double transformation to transform into Princess Sailor Moon and Princess Sailor Lilith.  They both say this, and the Ginzuishou materialies in Usagi's hand and the Kinzuishou in Tsukiko's.  With the hands that are holding their crystals, they both trace crescent moons in the air in front of them.  The one that Usagi traced glows silver, while Tsukiko's crescent moon glows gold.  The crescent moons zoom forward until they fill the screen, then they fly back to Tsukiko and Usagi form the crescent moon markings on their foreheads.  Lilith and Moon are completely transformed at this point, and they pose back-to-back.

Attacks
Lilith Stardust Swirl
Lilith says this and spins rapidly in a circle.  Then she stops, pointing at her enemy.  Spirals of mettalic-looking dust fly at them.  It sounds weak, but it isn't.  The dust actually releases poison at the enemy, and it stings a lot when it touches their skin.

Lilith Double Blade
Sailor Lilith says the phrase and holds both arms out in front of her.  She crosses one arm over the other, and a crescent moon appears in each hand.  From each crescent moon shoots a gold beam of light, so she can attack two targets at once.

Scepter Crystal Extermination
Lilith says this to kill monsters.  She raises her Halfmoon Scepter and it glows gold.  Then she waves it around and points it at the enemy, and a powerful gold energy blast shoots out of it and attacks the enemy

Sunset Moonrise
Joint attack with Sailors Solar, Lilith, and Moon in their Infinity forms.  All three of them stand in a triangle with their weapons in the center (the Halfmoon Scepter, the Amaterasu Amulet, and the Cutie Moon Rod).  From one side of the triangle appears a glowing moon and the other side a glowing sun.  The moon and the sun join above Solar's, Lilith's, and Moon's heads.  Then they create a powerful blast that strikes (and sometimes kills) the enemy.

Double Moon Crescent Strike
Joint attack with Princess Sailors Lilith and Moon.  They both stand facing each other.  A double crescent beam (like Venus's Crescent Beam) forms between them while they say "Double Moon," then they turn to face the enemy and say "Crescent."  Both of them run towards their enemy (apparently, they've lost their klutziness in senshi form), then leap through the air, landing in front of the enemy while they yell "Strike!"  The crescent beam zooms up from behind them and strikes their enemy.  However, this attack is very powerful yet taxing on Lilith and Moon, so it's only used when there is no other alternative.

Tsukiko/Lilith's telekinetic power
Not an attack or anything, but just a power that Tsukiko has.  She has the ability to move objects (and sometimes people or cats) with her mind, which is called telekinesis.  All the members of the Royal Family of Lilith have this, so Sailors Lilith, Chibi-Lilith, and Tuxedo Moon are the only ones of the Lilith senshi to have telekinesis.
Unlike the others, Tsukiko doesn't have powers over her element when she's not transformed.  But she makes up for that with the fact that she can use telekinesis whether or not she's transformed.  She also has another weird little power (which makes up for the fact that she can't withstand attacks that have to do with her own element like the others can): she can shoot these rainbow beams of light out of her eyes or hands.  The light can stun an enemy, or it can just distract them, but other than that it doesn't do anything.  And she can do this whether or not she's transformed too.

Items
Transformation bracelet
The bracelet that Tsukiko uses to transform into Sailor Lilith.  It's made up of gold links about 1/2 inch long.  There are several crescent-moon-shaped charms dangling from it that are made of green jewels.  The Lilith Senshi can use this to contact each other, or to contact the Sailor Senshi.

Transformation brooch
The brooch that all the Lilith senshi use to transform into their Infinity forms.  Lilith's is different in that it's got a silver crescent moon on a gold brooch, with a green jewel in the middle.

Halfmoon Scepter
Lilith's scepter that she uses for some of her attacks.  It is dark green, almost black, and it has a golden semicircle on top (kind of like a half moon).  The Kinzuishou is on top of the semicircle, but it's not attached to the rest of the wand, it just floats there.

 Kinzuishou
This is what gives Lilith all her powers, and is the equivalent of Sailor Moon's ginzuishou. It looks like the ginzuishou too, except for the obvious fact that it's gold.
