In the name of God Amen, I, Jeffrey Hemenway of Worcester in the County of Worcester, yeoman, being sensible that life is uncertain, and that all must die, do make my last Will and Testament, which is as follows. I order that all my just and lawful debts be paid by my executor as soon as may be after my decease and all the remainder of my estate I give and devise to Hepzibas by beloved wife to have and hold the same to her use and benefit, for and during her natural life, provided she should not marry again. But in case she should marry again, then the before bequest or devise to cease at the time of her marriage, and after her marrying again, she is to have all the goods and estate she brought to me at marriage. And after the death or marriage of my said wife, I give all my estate that may then remain, not herein otherways disposed of, to be equally divided between all my children, namely Joseph, Lydia, Hannah, Adam, Alexander, and Ebenezer Hemenway, the save to be to them, their heirs and assigns forever. And I hereby appoint Theophilus Wheeler of said Worcester to be the sole executor of this my will and testament and do hereby revoke all former wills by me made. In the name of God, Amen, I, Joseph Hemenway of Sheshequin Township, County of Bradford and State of Pennsylvania. Being in poor health of body but of sound and of loving mind and memory do make and declare this to be my last will and testament in mannerism following that is to say. ITEM 1. I order that all my just debts, funeral expenses and charges of proving this my will and settling my estate be in the first place be paid and satisfied. When I speak of my debts being paid I mean that they shall be paid when they fall due. ITEM 2. I order my executor hereinafter mentioned to erect to my memory a tombstone to the value of twenty-five dollars. ITEM 3. I give and bequeath to my beloved wife, Permelia Hemenway the entire bulk of my real estate during her lifetime. ITEM 4. At the death of my wife, Permelia Hemenway, direct my Executor hereinafter named to sell my real estate and after paying what liens there is against it then I direct said Executor to next pay the expenses, then to pay to the Guardian of my grand son Perly C. Hemenway fifty dollars at interest until the said Perly C. Hemenway survives at the full age of twenty-one years old then to give to him the principal and interest. ITEM 5. I direct my Executor hereinafter mentioned to divide the balance of money in his hands share and share alike between my four children namely Orilla Hemenway, Abigail Mahala Billings, Mary Ann Packard and William Harrison Hemenway. And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint William Snyder Executor of this my will hereby cancelling and making void all former and other wills by me at any time heretofore made and declare this only to be my last will and testament whereof I the said testator Joseph Hemenway have to this my last will and set my hand and seal to this day of September AD 1882.

In the name of God, Amen, I, Permelia Hemenway being weak in body but of sound mind, memory and understanding, considering the certainty of death and the uncertainty of the time thereof and to the end I may be the better prepared to leave this world whenever it shall please God to call me hence do therefore make and declare this my last will and testament in mannerism following, that is to say. I order all my just debts, funeral expenses and charges of proving this my will and the expenses of sealing my estate be in the first place be paid and fully satisfied and after the payment thereof and every part thereof.
Item 1. I direct my Executor hereinafter named to erect or cause to be erected to my memory a grave stone at a cost of thirty dollars.
Item 2d. I give and bequeath unto my daughter Abigail M. Billings one hundred dollars.
Item 3d. I give and bequeath unto my daughter Mary A. Packard thirty five dollars.
Item 4th. Whatever claims or demands that I now have or may have hereafter against my deceased husbands estate I now satisfy in full.
Item 5th. I give and bequeath unto my daughter Orilla Hemenway the balance and residue of my estate of whatever nature it may be after the payment of all the foregoing bequests.
And I do hereby nominate and appoint and constitute William Snyder of Sheshequin, Executor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all former and other wills by me at any time heretofore made and declare this only to be my last will and testament. 8th. To Hepsibeth Costello, my niece, one hair cloth sofa and one gold pin containing some of my mother's hair. Also the Bible that was presented to me by my mother.
9th. To Anna Marsh one teapot, one sugar bowl, and one creamer, all of Leicester ware.
10th. To Mary Kane, one rocking chair, being one which was given me since December 20, 1879.
11th. To Eddie F. Foster of said Worcester, my clock.
12th. To the First Baptist Parish of said Worcester, all the residue of my property and estate of every kind.
