In the name of God Amen, I, Jeffrey Hemenway of Worcester in the County of Worcester, yeoman, being sensible that life is uncertain, and that all must die, do make my last Will and Testament, which is as follows. I order that all my just and lawful debts be paid by my executor as soon as may be after my decease and all the remainder of my estate I give and devise to Hepzibas by beloved wife to have and hold the same to her use and benefit, for and during her natural life, provided she should not marry again.
