Malmesbury House - The upper portion of the text reads,
"In 1665 King Charles II & his court came to Salisbury:
eventually the King stayed in this house for some time,
whilst the great plague raged in london.".This is a gate leading into the Catherdal grounds that goes under
St. Anne chapel where the young composer Handel gave recitals.
I took this photo of The Old Bell Hotel especially for Anne's cousin Bill whose family name is Bell.
