Winter

written bye Ryan Murvin

Crystal lace, icy grace, plunging from the purest place
Creatures sleep, but I creep, frozen dew upon my face
Flurries dance, here's my chance, frost is melting on my tongue
No more fears, sacred rears, only angels could have wrung
Twilight falls, still it crawls, over hill and dale and flower
Ash and oak's arctic cloaks, mirror moonlit beams of power
I depart, fire in heart, to a tranquil land of trance
Quivering pines, holy cines, all do linger at my glance
On the ground, sleep I sound, visions flash above and under
Heart like thunger, mind asunder, in this land of pure, white wonder
