Enjoy! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Mile High Tastes ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ EGGS ESPANOL Deviled Eggs: 6 hard-boiled eggs--stuffing made with 2 T. mayonnaise, 2 t. vinegar, 1 t. Worchestershire, 3/4 t. dry mustard, 1/8 t. pepper. Sauce: 1/3 C. each chopped onion & celery 1/3 C. butter 3 T. flour 1 t. sugar 1 t. salt 1/4 t. pepper 1 28-oz can tomatoes, with juice, cut up 1 4-oz can sliced mushrooms, drained 1/2 C. buttered crumbs Make deviled eggs. Make Sauce: Cook onion and celery in butter til tender. Blend in flour, sugar, salt and pepper. Add tomatoes and juice. Cook till thickened, stirring constantly. Add mushrooms. Pour in shallow dish and arrange eggs on top. Sprinkle with crumbs. Cook in preheated 425 degree oven til bubbly, about 10 minutes.
