Meditation helps you to be more in tune with your deeper self. You should look foward to your special time of relaxing! This your own mini vacation! Daydreaming is a form of meditation. Time set aside for yourself helps you to clear your mind, feel rested, and to relax. When you meditate, you may experience the following: relaxation, sorting through your day, resolving emotions, inner peace, healing by re-experiencing old hurts and then letting them go, finding yourself more alert. So make meditation a part of your day and you'll be glad you did! My favorite book on learning Meditation is "Meditation Made Easy" by Lorin Roche, PH.D.
