SHIP LAYOUT: Two decks run the ship's length. The final ten meters of both decks are reserved
for the cargo bay. They are accessible via the large clamshell doors on the rear of the plane
or a small, 1m X 2m transporter in the cargo bay. Movement between decks is accomplished by
two spiral staircases, one fore, behind the bridge, and aft, just before the cargo bay. Service
ladders and crawlspaces in the bay itself and the wings also allow deck transition. The cargo
bay also houses the manual docking collar, for use in space or (primarily) with starbases.

Deck 1: forward to aft: Bridge, 6 private rooms, Galley, Transporter Room,
                                Captain's office.

Deck 2: forward to aft: 4 double crew berths, Commons Room, Engineering Station,
                                Power Core and Engines

Wings: Jeffrie's tubes throughout, leading to disrupter bays and sensor arrays.

HISTORY: The Dragon is owned and operated by Mirumoto Roku, whose family has owned
the ship for over 100 years. The N-8 class of gunboat was used by the Romulan Empire
during the time of the first Enterprise, some 115 years ago. Over this time, it has
passed through four generations of the Mirumoto family. The original owner was a minor
politician on Romulus, who bought it as a personal yacht after the series was discontinued.
After he bought the ship, he met and fell in love with Mirumoto Tomayo, Roku's great-
grandmother. They had three sons, who took their mother's name after their father died.
The ship was willed to the eldest son, and the tradition has continued ever since, with
the ancient ship going through many refits, such as the addition of a transporter and an
engine upgrade. The weapons systems are really only a small deterrent to pirate activity,
but they are moderately powerful in and of themselves.

The ship has a low profile, and is very sleek. It has the popular Romulan wings and
feathers motif, and the bottom of the wings act as the landing supports for the ship. The
wings themselves are swept forward dramatically, like a bird in mid wing stroke. The hull is
painted grey on the bottom, which blends into green, then red on the top. The sides and the
wings are emblazoned with a serpentine dragon motif enclosed in a circle. The dragon clutches
a daisho (Katana and it's companion short sword, the wakizashi) in it's claws. This is the
Mirumoto family symbol.

Due to the small size and fairly fast sublight speed of the vessel, the Dragon is most
suitable for smuggling, light cargo transport, and the quick transport of people.
