The occasion of these shots was Fr. Gary Herbst's supply time at Petersburg at their annual meeting. Most of the pictures were taken during the meeting and immediately after the service.

He traveled with his family to do the supply visit to and from by ferry and stayed at Ruth Sandviks house.

While there on Monday Fr. Gary conducted one of the classes of their youth confirmation class on symbols. He also had the opportunity to visit with Emily who lives on Mitkoff island about the shape of the camp. Other than the snow she said it's doing just fine, except for the ramp up from the float which she is worried about and will have someone give an estimate for repairs.

The St. Andrew's building project is nearing completion with only replacing a door with a door with a window, a little siding on the front and general cleanup remaining to be done. The total recent project involved residing the whole of the exterior of the old structure to match the new addition, installing solid core fire doors throughout, new laser stove furnaces, new hot water heater, new lighting fixtures in addition, new windows throughout original building, new fire exit in original structure. Completing wheel chair ramp-narthex, unifying space and harmonizing roof lines of old and new structures. Also a dedicated sacristy was developed. This list might be leaving something out but you get the idea that they've been busy! Now you can see the results!
