There are only a few rules for this award, which are:

1 No adult sites on or links to adult sites on your page. 2 No sites that flame people 3 Must be easy to read text must stand out from background. 4 Must have a fairly quick loading time. 5 Must be made with webtv.

These are the only rules right now more may be added in the future.
