Character Capsule

     Lyela is the daughter of Edrel Waes, the Prime Minister of Pelgithia.  Devoted to ending civil war on Pelgitha, Lyela is willing to pursue any means necessary to do so; even if it means resorting to bringing in the Empire.
     While she dislikes the Empire in principle, she supports their presence in the Panasian system, hoping they will impose a forced cease-fire on Pelgitha.  As a result of her desires, Lyela is opposed to the Rebel presense in the system.  She feels the Empire is doing more good than harm and that the rebels are disrupting things.
