After Lindsay had told Tay about the phone call and plane tickets, Taylor was in shock and couldn't believe that his first love was leaving.

So for the next 7 days Taylor and Linds spent every minute together. Mrs. Hanson, even though Mr. Hanson didn't aggree, let Tay and Linds take the week off from Home school. Lindsay and Tay went to the park and rollerbladed, ate out, went to the movies ( :-) ), etc... etc...

But the 7th day had ended. It was getting dark so they decided to go home, because it was also starting to rain. It was 6:00, and they both knew tommorow they would have to seperate-for 6 months.

At around 9:00, after talking about how they were going to keep in touch, calling each other, writing letters...they decided they were tired and should go to bed. They kissed each other good night, and walked into seperate rooms. Taylor was trying to hold back the tears, but Lindsay couldn't. She climbed into bed and sobbed.

At 10:00, she finally fell asleep. She dreamed of Taylor.

Around 12:00, Taylor walked into her room.

"Lindsay?" Taylor whispers ask he walks into her room.

"Huh?" she says sleepily. "Tay?"

"Come with me, lets go outside."

"Ok." Lindsay climbs out of bed, yawning. She grabs her umbrella, remembering the rain last night.

Tay gently pulls her down the stairs until she's running. He opens the front door.

"Taylor, it's pouring rain!" Linds says as he pulls her out onto the driveway.

"It was pouring when I asked you out, and when we had our first kiss." He replyed, smiling softly, remembering the sweet moment.

Lindsay smiled back. "God I love him-saying good bye will be harder than I thought. " Lindsay thought to her self.

"I had to be with you one last time, alone, before you went." Taylor said, looking at Lindsay through teary eyes under her umbrella.

"Taylor" Lindsay said while breathing. She hugged him close. He was probably freezing, he was only in his boxers.

"Lindsay I got something for you." Tay said. Lindsay smiled, as Taylor brought out the box he was holding behind his back.

He gave her the box. She opened it up. There was a 24 K gold necklace that said in cursive lettering: "Lindsay and Taylor Forever". Lindsays heart melted.

Lindsay started crying. "Taylor," she says, hugging him tighter that ever. "Its gorgeous."

"Anything for you." Taylor says, not being able to hold back the tears, which are streaming down his cheeks. He looks into her eyes and thinks "How am I supposed to live with out her? I..." silently.

"I love you Taylor." Lindsay says, still holding him close.

"I love you Lindsay." He says, holding her tight.

He helps her put the necklace on. He notices that she was wearing the locket that the Hanson family had given her when they had the celebration of her coming. He hadn't seen it in a long time. He smiled.

They hold each other close. There they are, standing on his drive way at 12:00 at night, its pouring rain and they have dropped Lindsays umbrella. They hold each other, Taylor in only boxers and Lindsay in PJ pants and a tank top, rocking back and forth, sort of like a slow dance. They are both crying quietly.

Lindsay pulls away, and kisses him deeply. Taylor responds fast, and they stand kissing in the rain, soaking, like something that came out a movie or something.

Taylor pulls away after a few minutes. "We should go in before we get sick."

Taylor picks her up and carries her into the house, up the stairs and into her bed. She is half asleep.

Taylor gently layed her down on the bed, covered her body with blankets, and kissed her on the forehead. He looked at her one last time before he was about to turn around and go into his room, when Lindsay sleepily says:

"Taylor?" she whispers.

"Yes?" Trying to hold back tears.

"Stay here with me to night."

Taylor smiles, crying still. Her eyes are barely open. "Alright."

Tay walked around the bed, so he could get in on the other side. Taylor is on the left side, and Lindsay on the right. They are very close. Lindsay rolls over so her head is on his bare chest. He pulls the covers over both of them. Lindsay reaches over, takes his arm, and puts it over her body, and holds his hand, so that taylor has his arm around her side, and they are holding hands. It was so perfect.

"I love you Taylor."she whispers.

"I love you Lindsay."

And they both fell asleep, holding each other. **************************************** "Beeep, Beeep"Went Mr. Hanson's alarm clock. He stretched, got out of bed and walked out into the hallway. Today was going to be a big day...and it was time to wake up the kids, for the separtuire to the aiport. As he walked towards Lindsay's room he noticed Mrs. Hanson gazing in throught he door smileing sleepily. Mr. Hanson walked closer and looked in noticeing Taylor and Lindsay sleeping peacefully next to each other, the tears dried to their face. He almost started to yell but Mrs. Hanson spoke abruptly, as if she knew it was coming."This is their last day together...let them be together," ************************************ "So, Lindsay you have all your stuff right?" Isaac asked. "Yes..."Lindsay said dragging herself down the stairs.

The whole Hanson family hopped into the car, blank looks on their faces.

As they drove they entered the airport got out and went to to Lindsays plane that would be departueing soon.

"Bye Lindsay!" The whole family yelled as Lindsay headed onto the ramp. Taylor ran over to her quickly, turned her around and hugged her suddenly. They embraced, and tears were streaming, Taylor couldn't believe this was happening. They kissed deeply for a few moments before LindsaY let go and walked down the ramp onto the plane, her face was pure white.

Taylor gulped walking back to his family. Isaac noticed the expression on Taylor's face. Taylor didn't know what to do...he felt as though he was going to throw up. He ran over to Isaac and hugged him fast, letting out sobs of tears...Isaac held him, as if Taylor was still a baby. Then they headed home. Taylor had never imaged what it would be like w/out Lindsay around him...but he knew he would find out soon.
