INVOLVEMENT IN NEEDLE EXCHANGE CONTROVERSY
Less than twelve months after this shocking exposure of children lying in back lanes injecting themselves with Heroin and other illegal and dangerous drugs. This Union advocates the provision of injecting rooms.
This was one of the important decisions of the Carr government, to clean up this mess that has destroyed , many Australian families, and members of the Trade Union movement are not immune. We personally know of many Union Members who have lost some of their Children to drugs.
And Now!
Your Union!With Your Money!
Is supporting the provision of injecting rooms for drug addicts!Not Free Needles for Diabetics or those that, unfortunately need daily injections just to live a normal Life, and not only need to pay for not only their needles but their Insulin as well.
Where IS this Unions call for Free Insulin for Diabetics? How many members are
DIABETICS?Where IS this Unions call for free needles for
Diabetics?Members, is this an organization your want to be associated with? Who are these people who have gained control of your Union on less than a vote of 15% of the membership. Where did they get the Hundreds of thousands dollars for the massive leaflet distributions and mail outs during the Election,?
Who provided these massive amounts of $$$$$$$$$$$?
And Why?
THE PLETHORA OF IGNORANCE
Let us now remove it, along with those that propagate it.
How much more have the membership LOST?
How many more jobs have been lost in local government since the last Union Election?

Members, in all fairness to your families, you must, reconsider your membership of this organization. Do you agree with this plethora of ignorance that has, like an early morning mist , cloaked this Union and its members . Cloaked it , to such an extent that the membership is unable to see the machinations within the Inner Circles. ?

DO YOU AGREE WITH FREE INJECTING ROOMS FOR DRUG ADDICTS?DO YOU WANT YOUR UNION FUNDS SPENT ON THIS?
Its time to get back to basics, attend to the needs of Union Members, Provide Jobs for Members , Provide Job Security for Members , not supply freebies to drug addicts.
