The fourth window shows St. James the Greater, brother of St. John. "Great," of course, refers to his size, contrasting him with the other James. The three shells and the hat are symbols of pilgrimage by sea and he is said to have traveled and preached in Spain. The book and pilgrim's staff are symbols of his preaching and travel. He is the only Apostle whose death is reported in Scriptures (Acts 12:2). His day is July 25th.
