I accept all forms of check with a 2 week clearance and VISA, MasterCard and PayPal 
Taxes are included in the rates. Sorry, no pets, no smoking, and no singles under 25 years of age. A $100 reservation deposit will reserve a unit. It will be applied to the total, but can also be refunded 2 weeks ahead of your visit if you have to cancel for any reason.
