Steel Brightblade, Dark Paladin of Takhisis. Steel served as a
Knight of Takhisis in the overtaking of the High Clerist's Tower. He was
given the Vision by Takhisis which had an image of his father, Sturm Brightblade,
and his mother Kitiara Uth Matar.
With the assistance of Tanis and Caramon he had visited his father's
tomb in the High Clerist's Tower. There his father gave him the legendary
Brightblade and the elven starjewel.
Steel remained true to his honor, even in the face of death. But
he was saved by Palin and the coming of Chaos. He lead a wing of dragons,
both blue and silver, into the Abyss to battle Chaos. The knights, some
of Solamnia bearing Dragonlances, were destoyed along with their dragons,
but not before Steel could wound Chaos.
Honor and control are the keystones to success. |
