You look at me quite dumbly, and I think,

I'm drowning in your river Styx in this eternal hell
I'm striving with such pain to get back
To the shores from which I fell
I have killed the passion within my heart
Time and time again
Then suddenly, thre you are
Drawing me back to your den
I struggle through the torment, but yet, in the end,
I finally realize that this torment
Is my one true friend.
Like pressure turning diamonds from simple, selfless coal
The thought of love, and to be loved
Engulfs my mind and soul
If you can find it within your heart
The love to look past my past
Then I think with me you may find a love that will ever last
But if my very being repulses you, then watch it-
Just for kicks
My soul being taken amoungst the waves of your forlorn river
Styx
