Welcome to the Best of the Best, kite making plans on the internet! A lot of the plan pages below, have instructions in various other languages. Not to worry! I have included a language translation link below. It's very simple to use. Simple click on any kite making plan link below, then once you are at the plan page, extract the webpage address (URL) for that page. Then come back to this page, using your browser's "back" button.

Now, click on the language translation link, that I have provided, below.
