~MISSING CHILDREN~

It really amazes me...the number of children that are reported missing EVERY SINGLE DAY! I mean..it really blows my mind. On my page, you'll notice a whole lot of links dealing with Missing Children. Please take them seriously....give the site a chance...look it over. This kid may be living right next door to you. When I think of my precious angel....lost....abducted....whatever the case may be...ALONE!!!.....it scares me. Some of these children are returned home safely while others are hurt and some even murdered. Remember...this could be YOU one day....pleading for help...give these children a chance.

LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY!

Okay...first i'm going to tell you about my mom and dad whom I adore. My mother is this great and wonderful person who worked her butt off to make sure my brothers and I were well taken care of. I feel that the love I have for MY daughter is solely because of the love I always felt, from her, while growing up. She knows JUST how to run her fingers through my hair to put me directly to sleep...*s*...I love you Mom!

My dad.....gosh...he's the best! We had our ups and downs while I was growing up but I feel he and I both grew up together. We both reached maturity together....well....ALMOST maturity..*giggles* My dad stuck with me through a lot of crap...you know those rebellious teenage years?...well...he endured them like a champ....I love you Dap Daddy!

My brother, Michael....sheesh...this guy has been through the wringer and back and I just want to say that there is NO other like him. This guy has been my very best friend since day ONE! We used to sit in his room and play guitar and sing.....wrestle...the whole nine. I have SO many stories to tell of Mike...but I will save them for another page. These are just introductions!

My other brother, Chuck....we don't really talk much and so I can't tell you much about him...other than he has TWO adorable daughters, my nieces, and I love them dearly!

Mike's children: Zara, Tyler and Tanna-Marie...Oh gosh...you've never seen prettier children. I wish I had a scanner to scan some photo's of them...and I WILL...eventually. Gosh...these kids are awesome. Zara is the eldest...she's in school...learning...she's so bright and intelligent. TYLER:..he's just the cutest little guy you've ever seen. He runs around the house naked all day and thus had MY daughter doing it as well..*giggles* He's got beautiful blond hair and the prettiest eyes...fullest lips...he's going to be a heartbreaker! Let me tell you about Tanna-Marie...Mike and his wife, Misty, honored me by naming their precious bundle of joy after my daughter and I. My middle name is Tanna-Marie and my daughter's middle name is Alyse....thus...Tanna-Marie Alyse! She's a doll baby..she just turned ONE in October...she and Kaytlyn are nearly the same age. She's walking and talking now...getting into everything...it's great! I love them all and can't wait to see them again! *kiss*....Love you guys!

Chuck's children: Like I said...I don't talk to my brother much...and I have NEVER had the chance to meet his two beautiful children...Sherry and Kerry! I love them dearly and one day WILL meet them and catch up on all i've lost. Hopefully it will be soon since we don't live too terribly far apart anymore.

!SOME    OF    MY    BEST    FRIENDS!

Ya know.....we meet hundreds of people throughout our lifetimes. Most people come and go....but there are a certain select few who drastically change the course of ones life......these are the people i'd like to introduce to you today. I'm going to start from the beginning and work to my most recent friends.....remember...these are all my REAL life buds.....you'll learn about all my cyber pals eventually as well.

LAURA CASTANEDA: One afternoon...while perming my hair...my mother realized that she didn't have enough rods to finish...I ventured off...around the neighborhood...in search of some more. I looked everywhere and finally decided to try the new neighbors. I was nervous but I walked up like a big girl and asked Mrs. Castaneda if she happened to have any permanent wave rods......she replied no...but during the course of this conversation...I caught a glimpse of a little girl standing behind her. Then 5 year old Laura was looking at me and so I asked her if she wanted to play. Well....here we are.......20 years later and still the best of friends. Laura was 5...I was 6. Laura still lives in the old neighborhood...she now has two beautiful children *boys* of her own and everytime I get a chance to get back to Beeville...she's one of the first I visit. What do I remember most about Laura? EVERYTHING....her and her family.....I was welcome in their home...and I was treated like family. Her mom could cook...my GOD that woman could cook! She made some of the BEST Carne Guisada I have EVER tasted in ALL my life!....let me stop now before I have her email me a few taco's...*giggles*

CHELSEA TAYLOR: First day of school.....7th grade.....I was sitting in class and it was there that I saw the prettiest girl I had EVER seen in all my life. She was so different from me yet once we began talking....we hit it off like God put her on this earth specifically to be my friend. We went through Jr. high and onto highschool together...she moved to Houston a couple times but she always managed to find her way home. I always thought that Chelsea should have been a model...or Ms. America or something.....she just wasn't Pizza Hut material..*s*....I still do. She's still the prettiest girl I know....*besides my daughter of course* What do I remember most about Chelsea? What I remember most about Chelsea is...our Senior year in highschool....we had completed all our Math requirements and so we decided to take an EASY Math class as an elective. Known to you as Consumer Math......you know...1+1=2 type thing? Balancing checkbooks and so on? Well....it was SO incredibly easy that Chelsea and I both goofed off all year and managed to fail the class. We didn't merely fail....we totally BOMBED the class......graduating with a 33 on our final report card...*lol* It didn't hurt us because it was a class we didn't necessarily HAVE to take...it could have been an off period for us...we just wanted some possible extra credit. Ms. Ellis...*our teacher* would get SO mad at us....i'd be braiding her hair EVERY class.....she'd throw the chalkboard eraser at us. It was great....I'll always cherish those days....*s* As soon as I can get a photo of her in here...I will....so the world will know just how beautiful Chelsea Taylor really is.

JOHNNY SANTANA: Ahem...*clears her throat*...ummm...i'm proud to say that I have a picture of this guy....you'll find it in the Wester's Dictionary under the word GORGEOUS!!! Johnny was my pal my Senior year in highschool...he was my right arm...it was magical...the bond between the two of us. *it's not what you think....we were merely friends* Everyone always accused us of having SOMETHING going...but it was always SO false...I never even THOUGHT that way of Johnny. Anyway....we graduated together.....went on to college together until I decided to join the Navy. We pretty much lost track of each other for a couple of years and one day I FINALLY tracked him down....Johnny had joined the Army. I got his number...called him and within a week....he flew to Guam to visit my husband and I. We had a wonderful visit...went sightseeing....took lots of pictures..i'll get some up at soon as I get them scanned. He's so wonderful. Last time I talked to him...he was REALLY serious about a girl in New York...I hope he finds happiness wherever his road takes him. What do I remember most about Johnny? What I remember most about Johnny is his humor. He was always so funny and would always cheer me up. His hugs were always so sincere and warm...I miss my Johnny Jim!
