Laura AKA Betty Crocker?

Hi there!! Many who know my baking habits tease me about being Betty Crocker. I enjoy baking for friends and family and ship "CARE" packages all over the world. My kids think store bought cookies are a treat!!

In June of 1996 I was diagnosed as having Adult onset Diabetes. Currently it is controlled by diet and an exercise regimen. I've added several links for Diabetics and diabetic recipes.
