Punch and Kick your way into shape!

My exercise regime has consisted of weight lifting, speed walking on the treadmill, bicycling on a stationary bike and of course skydiving. However, about 5 months ago I obtained copies of the TaeBo tapes that have been all the rage. I've really been amazed with the results I've seen, both in flexibility and endurance. The greatest benefit has been the loss of 48 pounds since December 1998!

I love the upper body work out and have recently joined a kickboxing class through Karate USA & Fitness Center. Another advantage of the kickboxing has been the stress reduction. You'd be amazed at how much stress you can relieve by punching and kicking that bag! It's not for everyone, but if you're looking for something that is very challenging and gives you an all over workout check it out!

Along with the exercise regime I began working with Greg Collier of Muscletech. Greg put me on a special high protein diet, not the Adkinsons, taking vitamins and working out 2 hours a day. One of the keys to his program is drinking 2 gallons of water a day. Yes, two gallons. Greg also doesn't take excuses, if I fail it's because I made the wrong choices. I've got to do this for me, no one else can!
