Voogie's Angel 

Earth is taken over by invaders.  To survive, humans have to escape to underwater cities.  In order to retake the Earth, a special team called Voogie's Angel is formed.  The five members are Voogie (Hisakawa Aya), Rebecca (Mitsuishi Kotono), Shiori (Inoue Kikuko), Merrybell (Kikuchi Shiho), and Midi (Tange Sakura).  This is fun anime ^_^.  Very humorous at times, and deadly serious in others.

Voogie's Angel has been picked up by Media Blasters.  Please buy the domestic release when it's out.
