In addition to her being a devotee of the Mother, she has been Good Mother to many of us in our writing, publishing, and thinking. She has made an important contribution to a new book, 'Stories of the Academy: Learning from the Good Mother' (2002), Peter Lang Publishers, authored by Mary Beth Spore, Marsha Dianne Harrison, and Nelson L.
