A beautiful "Tuscan" kitchen arangement...

From "sheetmoss" of HGTV's Message Board: This is one of the myriad of inspiration pics that sheetmoss shares with us. Although this vignette atop a hutch could be part of any Tuscan kitchen - it lends a sense of autumn splendor with the wheat - and could be adapted to any "everyday" home. Make your own "faux" bread inexpensively. In an oven set on a low temp, bake real bread products for several hours until they become very (very!) hard. Let cool, then apply 2-3 coats of a latex polyurethane to protect and seal.

Mums and Pumpkins and Ivy...Oh My!

From my inspiration pics: It doesn't get any simpler than this...mums, pumpkins and ivy. But, the impact is stunning. What a great way to greet guests on your front steps.

Greet Your Guests with Style...

Compliments of lmccrore of HGTV's message boards: This pumpkin topiary, created with styro craft pumpkins, is sure to be a crowd pleaser. Easy to construct - any type of container will do. Tuck in wisps of corn husks, faux berries or silk leaves. Create two topiaries to frame your front door.
