I realise a lot of people have been trying to join the webring and I haven't been around to admit them.

I promise that in the next couple of weeks, today is the 11th of may 2000, I will revamp this page and allow everyone the ability to join themselves. I'll kick you off if I don't think you're appropriate rather than you waiting for me to say you are.

I guess this is fairer, it's certainly easier. For me.
