I am so proud to belong to such a great group as the Spiritmates of the Wolf. I have always had such great love for the wolf and finding others who feel like I do is too
good to be true.

Now I'd like to tell a little about myself. My name is Julie and I live on a small ranch in Petaluma which is in Northern California where I look after my mother and father and our ranch full of my critters. I'll tell about my animals in another story. I worked in a freight line office for 24 years. I would, from time to time help friends out by taking care of their pets while they were away. When the freight line went out of business I decided to take care of pets as a full time business. I just love my career change as I have such a love for all animals. My customers' animals are so varied e.g. horses, goats, sheep, pigs, chickens, ducks, geese, rabbits, an iguana named Iggy, birds, fish and of course, dogs and cats. Just call me Ms. Dolittle! My customers are more like friends and some won't go away unless I can take care of their pets. Keeps me pretty busy! It would be neat if someday I had a customer who had a wolf, anybody out there who lives near Petaluma and need their wolf taken care of.

I have a strong interest in Native American cultures and enjoy going to the Pow Wows we have in our area every year. I am continually exploring the joyous and spiritual sounds of Native American flute music and have collected several flutes. It is certainly one of my favorite instruments, besides the drum and guitar. I may not have Native blood in me---who knows, maybe way way back I do--but I have it in spirit and that's what's important to me.

I want to thank my biological sister Pat who lives in Southern California for giving me my webtv. It introduced me to the wonders of the internet and most of all for becoming part of Spiritmates of the Wolf!

This site is under construction and I will be adding to it as fast as I can. Please bookmark my page and come back often to see what I have added.
