Cloudburst is the Maximal you want on a mission with you, he's a trustworthy comrade, and a powerful fighter. This was one of the many reasons he was chosen to be the deputy commander when Optimus is unavailable. He is one of the most devoted soldiers to the Maximal cause hands down, unfortunately he can also be a major pain. When he's left in charge, he tends to stick very tightly to the letter of the law, not even bending the rules, much less breaking them. This tends to cause friction between him and some of the less 'scrupulous' elements under his command. In his pegasus mode spends more of his time in the air than on the ground, although he is extremely fast and agile in both environments. In robot mode, he uses a heave blaster rifle, and his shoulder mounted grenade launcher. He also has a shockwave sword, which enhances the kinetic energy of it's impact causing severe damage from even a glancing blow. His officious nature can be a problem, when bending the rules may actually solve more problems than it creates, a situation he refuses to believe is possible.
