In this type of paludarium, a wall is attached to the inside back of the tank. This is usually done by gluing rocks, cork, or other natural-looking materials directly to the glass. Epiphytic plants are tucked into crevices formed into the wall and this forms the dry portion of the paludarium. Again, this can be done very nicely but this method is somewhat limited.
