We said goodbye to Toby on 1-6-1999. He had been a member of our family for the last 11 years. Toby welcomed each grandkid (5 in all) with a kiss and a wag of his stubby little tail.

Toby lived a very sheltered and happy life, never ever showed one sign of agressiveness, yet we all felt safer knowing Toby was there. He was Dad's companion. In the backyard, garage or basement workshop, where Dad was, Toby was.

We all feel a bit lost, knowing Toby has left us. Yet we are all relieved that the cancer that took him no longer plagues him.

We wish him farewell, with love. And with thanks for being such a good and loyal boy.

Toby had a special place in his heart for all of us, as we did him. This is his special girl, Kelly.
