1940 Chevy Business coupe, Street Rod, Teal Blue black pleated interior, 350 engine 350 auto, Power steering, Power Disc Brakes up front, Drums in the rear, 12 bolt Chevelle rearend. The Car looks like new, except for a small ding, on the driver side front fender, I scraped the garage door jam, after many tears its not that bad, but I'm a perfectionist. I have had the Car for almost 12 years and the Car still looks new. My Wife and I have driven to many Street Rod Nationals, with no trouble, other than breaking an alternater bracket, that was to close to the fenderwell. I reduced this car for the small amont of damage to the front fender. The tires and wheels are like new, tinted glass, good looking Car. We put 5,000 miles on the Car in 12 years. E-Mail catpoor@aol.com. 574 - 542-9701

3-13-03 Update

It will be awhile before this car will be ready to sell, somehow the block must have cracked, when I changed the oil I found antifreeze in the oil. I had the head shaved since the machinist said it was .012 off. I put it back together but it still leaked antifreeze so I'll be looking for a good engine. The machinist said they usually crack at the valve location in the block.

This car has been sold June 03 with a bad motor, the buyer had a fresh motor ready to go

11- 03- 00 The new owner of the 56 Chevy called to tell me the car arrived in Texas last night, I was very happy the person was satisfied with the car, he bought the car sight unseen, to me that would be pretty scary. I try to be honest with people, but it still feels good to hear the person say it was like I said it was. I will put some pictures on of the last day I had the car, and the new owner will send some pictures, as he adds his personal touches. Thanks Wayne, I hope you enjoy it for a long time.

This Car is now in South Carolina, and belongs to A Chevy fan named Teddy. Teddy said "he will keep this Car forever", and was real satisfied with the price, and the information I gave him, Teddy and his friend Bobby drove 850 miles to get this Car. Good Luck Teddy, and keep the wheels turning.

This Car is no longer for sale, sorry, you guys waited to long. The Car has been our daily driver until the snow started falling, now it's put up until spring. The Car now has 77000 miles. Correction the car now has 88,000 miles, and has had no problems, up until last weeken when an unescorted shopping cart hit the driver side door, I was sitting in the car when a Lady backed her car into two shopping carts, one was fast coming down the incline, I tried to get to the cart first but could not make it. I could not get the Lady to stop, I don't know if she even knew what she did. Another great Car Chevrolet built, then stopped the production on. 88 SS Monte Carlo, t-tops white with grey cloth interior, 59K miles, original owner. This is a show Car in excellent condition, every sticker and tag is there, the Car has new tires, and I still have the original ones, the Car had some rock chips, parking lot dent, so I had both sides painted and new strips put on, the Car never had any rust and looks New. This Car was stored for the first 3 years and the miles are highway miles. I have put the Car in storage since 96, I start it once a week or so to keep everything working. This Car has never been smoked in and still smells like new. I have reduced the price from 10.5K to 9K its a beautiful Car. rway3@hotmail.com 574 - 542- 9701
The 96 Impala, one of the best cars Chevrolet ever built. This Car had 243 miles on it when I sold it, I had the Car for over a year and a half. I kept it in a heated garage, when I wasn't cleaning the Car it was covered. I Loved that Car, but I had no choice but to sell it. I suppose it was better to have had the pleasure of keeping it clean and taking pictures of it and then letting it go,was better than not having one at all.

My Wife just found this car 1951 Plymouth while going to a yard sale, she called me an asked if I new what a 51 Plymouth looked like, I said it was my first car, I couldn't pass it up. Maybe someday it will have a small block Chevy engine. My second car was a Chevy, and it's pretty much been a life long choice to drive Chevy's.

This has been a Chevy site since 1997 but I'm going to add a Shoebox Ford page. Over the past few years I have bought a few 49-51 Fords, I even have a 46 Ford Coupe plus the 39 Ford Coupe I've had since 1968.
