"I don't know but I see him looking at one of the cats." said Clapso. "Does our future leader have his eye on his mate?" asked Gus. "I don't know but how are we going to get the other cats and kittens together?" asked Light. "I have no clue." said Jenny.

"Look at those boys. Some of them don't look friendly. Like that brown and white one. The on with the brown patch over his right eye." said Victoria. "Yeah I know. That one that has a reddish brown color and white looks very scary." said Jemima. "Hey the other brown and white one with a brown patch over his left eye don't look so back." said Etcetera. "Who knows." said Demeter. "Hey look aren't those twins?" said Electra. "Yeah. I believe the girl is Tantomile and the other one is her brother but I forgot his name." said Cassandra. "That guy would be fine but the other ones just look scary." said Demeter. "You kits. Boys are just fine." said Bombalurina. "Hush it Bomby." said her best friend Demeter. "Fine but there is nothing wrong wit those boys." said Bombalurina. ""Who was that?" asked Victoria and Jemima at the same time. "My best friend Bombalurina." said Demeter. "Oh." said the 2 kittens.

"Look at those girls." said Alonzo. "The all brown one looks very scary." said Mistofelees. "I think she has a bad temper. I also think the black, red, yellow, and white one looks a little scary." said Pouncival. "Who knows." said Alonzo. "Hey aren't those twins?" asked Tumblebrunts. "Yeah it is Coricopat and his sister." said Plato. "Well that girl will be fine but the other girls looks a little sscary." said Alonzo. "Hey who's that white, and tan one. Who is that plain white one?' asked Mistoffelees with curiosity. "I have no clue." said the otehr cats. "Girls ain't so bad." said Rum Tum Tugger. "Hey Tugger." said Plato. "You guys got to get over being scared of new girls." said Tugger. "We might we might not." said Alonzo. "Well try to." said Tugger and he walked off.

"Jellicle Cats may I have your attenchin?" called out Munkustrap.He got the Jellicles attention. "I'm so glad you could come. I would like to say hi and welcome to the new Jellicles. I would like for you to say your name so we can get to at lest know your name." said Munkustrap.He heard some moans.

"Hi Im Tantomile." "Im Coricopat."The two sat down. "Hi Im Demeter." "Im Plato." "Im Etcetera." "Im Pouncival." "Im Tumblebrunts." "Im Cassandra." "Im Admetus." "Im Alonzo." "Im Electra." "Im Exotica" "Im Jennyanydots." "Im Light." "Im Gus." "Im Jellylumo." "Im Clapso." "Im Rum Tum Tugger." "Im Bombalurina." "Im Munkustrap." "Im Jemima." "Im Victoria." "Im Mistofelees.

Finally the intoductions were over and the music began. "That was intresting."said Victoria. "Some of the boys acually seemed nice."said Victoria's best friend Jemima. "Hey girls lets go dance."said Cassandra. "Yeah."said the girls and they got up and started to dance.Just then the music turned to slow.The rest of cats sat down but Victoria.Victoria began to do a little dance of her own.The other cats watched on.The boy cats didnt think it was very good. Just then the music changed to fast again.

"Alright Victoria."said the girl cats. "Show off."shouted a boy cat. "Who said that?"asked the white cat. "I did."said Mistofelees. "Well why did you call me a show off?"asked Victoria. "Because you did that."he said. "Well the other cats decided to stop dancing but I wanted to keep danceing.I love dancing."said Victoria. She and Mistofelees got into a fight and the other cats joined in.

"Stop!"yelled Munkustrap.The cats stoped their bickering. "Cant you guys get along?"asked Munkustrap. "Well Victoria shouldnt have shown off."said Mistofelees. "Well Mistofelees she is right,they didnt have to stop dancing but they did."said Munkustrap.Just then Mistofelees scratched at his ear with his paw and sat down like he does in the movie when he finds out the Munkustrap isnt talking bout him but Jennyanydots. "I think you danced wounderful."said the girls. "Thanks but I guesss some cats dont see the dancing skillls I have."said Victoria.Just then another slow dance came on. "Ummm uhh Jemima."said Pouncvial walking up to her. "Umm Yes."she replyed. "Will you um......ddd da da da dance with me?"he choked out. "Um ok."said Jemima.Pouncival was pleased and took her paw and began to dance with her on the dance floor. "Wow look at that.The youngest kittens are dancing together aint that cute."said Jenny. "It sure is.They look just so cute I wouldnt dout that Pouncvial would ask Jemima to be his mate."said Jelly. "I woulder what the other kittens and cats are gonna do."said Gus.Just then Munkustrap walked up behind Demeter and taped her on the shoulder that startled her.

"Ah.Oh its just you.May I ask what do you want?"asked Demeter. "Would you please d dance with me?"he asked.Dmeter looked at him. "Umm ok."she said.They went onto the dance floor were Pouncival and Jemima was. "Look there goes our future leader and Demeter.Same thing I said about Pouncival and Jemima becoming mates I would say about these 2."said Jelly.The kittens kept getting pairred off.Admetus and Electra, Bombalurina and Tugger, Cassandra and Alonzo,Tumblebrunts and Etcetera, Coricopat and Exotica, Plato and Tantomile.The grow-up cats didnt dance they just watched the kittens dance.They noticed they all were dancing to the slow song but Victoria and Mistofelees.

"Look over there.Those two must still be angery at each other."said Clapso. "I have a feeling that sometime tonight something is gonna happen to these two.I can feel it in my whiskers."said Light. "That would be neat."said Jenny. Victoria sat on the tire and sighed. *This is my first Jellicle ball and it isnt going to good.I get into a fight and now the boys probably think Im some snoby rich kitten that gets everything my way.But I dont.My family aint rich.Im just surprised they are keeping me around.I have probably have caught more mice that they have in a barn.Why do some cats think Im a rich kitten?I have no clue.*thought Victoria. Mistofelees was over in the pipe just sitting there watching his friends dance with girls to the slow song.

*How could they abanded me like that?This is my first Jellicle Ball and it isnt going very well.I get into a fight with this rich white kitten and then I get in trouble with Munkustrap.Hmm since she showed off I think I will show off.*thought Mistofelees with a smile on his face. *Or maybe I can do something to our white queen over there.*thought Mistofelees and he pointed his hands at Victoria. Victoria began to float but she didnt relize it till she couldnt feel the tire.

"What the!"she said a screamed.The other cats and kittens looked at her. "Oh my god."said Demeter. "Victoria you get down from there."said Munkustrap. "Belive me if I wanted down I wouldnt be up here."said Victoria.Mistofelees just then walked of the pipe and made sure he kept his mind on keeping Victoria up in the air even though he kind of wanted to drop her but that wouldnt be like him. "How did Victoria get up there?"asked Mistofelees. 'We have no clue."said Plato.Just then something hit Mistofelees in the head and he lost his consintration.Victoria fell right ontop of him. "Hmm thanks for breaking my fall Mistofelees."said victoria and the mood chaned to another slow song the kittens and cats went to dance. "No problam."said Mistofelees with the wind knocked out of him.Victoria giggled. "Whats so funny?'asked Mistofelees still on him back. "They way you said 'no probablam.Here let me help you up."said Victoria and she held out her paw for Mistofelees to take. *She surely had a mood swing.*thought Mistofelees taking her paw.She pulled him up. "Hey wanna dance V...Victoria?"asked Mistofelees.Victoria thought a second. "Ok."she said.They went out to the dance floor.Mistofelees just relized he had never danced with a girl before.He had to force his shaking paws to be put on her waist.His paws were trembling and Victoria noticed and took her paws and placed it over his so they would steady.Then she put her paws back up onto his shoulder. *Why is she being so nice?Uselly rich cats are snoby and stuff.*thought Mistofelees. "So new coller?"asked Mistofelees. "Huh?No I have had this for almost 5 months.My humans havent got the money to bu me a new coller yet."said Victoria sighing. "5 months?I thought you would have a coller for everyday of the week on how you acted earlyer.I have heard that rich cats are snobby."said Mistofelees. "My humans rich?I dont think so.Im surprised they still have me.Some nights have nothin to eat so I have to go out and eat scraps or go begging at doors."said Victoria. "Hey there was a kitten that was at my house the otehr day.Could that have been you?"asked Mistofelees. "A couple of nights ago I went to a magic shop.Is that were you live?" "Yes I do live at the magic shop."said Mistofelees. "Your human is just so nice."said Victoria.She sighed. "Yes isnt he?I have dinner every night.I also sleep by the fire."said Mistofelees. "I usually have to be outside in the barn catching mice."said Victoria. "Is that my your paws are so soft or not?"asked Mistofelees trying to charm this young queen. "I dunno."said Victoria and just then the music changed to a little bit of faster music.

"Clapso Clapso look at this.Mistofelees and Victoria was danceing together."said Jenny. "Cool."said Clapso.

"Thanks for the dance.You dance much better with someone than by yourself.You just look goofy when you dance by yourself."said Mistofelees. "Exuse me what did you say?You sid I looked goofy when I dance by myself."said victoria hoping she didnt hear wrong. "Yes.So?"said Mistofelees.Victoria broke out in tears. "You were so nice to me then you insult me.I thought you would be my friend but I guess I was wrong!"cried Victoria and ran out of the junkyard.

"Mistofelees why the heck you do that???"asked Jemima. "I...I.."said Mistofelees. "Mistofelees.You had no right to say that to her.She is just a kitten.I know you are too but girl kittens are very sensitve."said Munkustrap. "Im sorry."said Mistofelees hanging his head. Out In The Street.. 'Stupid Mistofelees.I thought he could be my friend.HA!"said Victoria walking down the sidewalk.Just then se heard a noise behind her.She froze.She looked behind her. "Wh.......Wh....Whos there?"ased Victoria.The thing that was behind her lunged at her.She screamed.

At The Junkyard... "Now Mistofelees you better go find Victoria."said Munkustrap.Just then they heard a scream. "Thats Victoria."said Demeter. "Mistofelees hurry up go go."said Munkustrap.Mistofelees ran out of the junkyard. "Victoria!Victoria!"yelled Mistofelees.He ran around looking for her but couldnt seem to find her. "VICTORIA!"he yelled really loudly.Just then he heard a growl.He looked and saw a pollicle run off. "Hmm."said Mistofelees.Just then he felt Victoria's presents and that was was close by.He followed the feeling and found her. Her white coat was stained in blood.She had bite marks and scratch marks on her. "Oh my god."said Mistofelees horrifyed.He went and knelt down by Victoria's limp body. "That.....that pollicle must have done thins."said Mistofelees.He looked at Victoria's body.

*I cant leave her heard by herself that or another pollicle could coem and tear her up more.*thought Mistofelees.Mistofelees picked up Victoria and began to walk back to the junkyard.He carried her body very gently.He looked down at her. *That dang pollicle.Her fur was so shiny and so beautiful but now it is all bloody.*thougth Mistofelees.He hurried back to the junkyard. "Munkustrap!Munkustrap!"yelled Mistofelees entering the junkyard.The kittens and cats came running. "Oh my god!Victoria!"cried Jemima.The other kittens stared at their friend. "Mistofelees what happened?"asked Munkustrap. "A pollicle did this to her.I saw it run off as I aproched Victoria."explained Mistofelees. "Let me take her."said Munkustrap.Mistofelees hesitated. "Wait better yet why dont you follow me so we can get her cleaned up."said Munkustrap.Mistofelees nodded and followed Munkustrap but stoped.

"I feel a presents.A good pure cat."said Mistofelees. "I belive it is Old Deutoronomy."said Coricopat and Tantomile in unison. "Old Deutoronomy?"said the kittens.The kittens looked at eachother. "Oh this is just great."said Plato.Just then Old D. came up and saw the kittens and some of the cats.He saw that in the black cat with a white face and chest was holding a plain white kitten that had blood all over her. "May I ask what happened to that white kitten Munkustrap?"asked Old D. "A pollicle got her sir.Mistofelees couldnt do nothing about it.The pollicle left as he came up to Victoria.Now Victoria is really hurt and we need to get her cleaned up by tomarrow.It is both these 2 kittens first Jellicle Ball."explained Munkustrap.Old D. looked at Mistofelees and then Victoria. "Munkustrap yo and Mistofelees may go and try to get her cleaned up.I will start to judge who should go to the Heavyside Layer."said Old D.The two cats nodded and went to get her cleaned up.They walked to the otehrside of the junkyard and put down a blanket with old pillows layed down on it.Mistofelees put her down on the blanket with the pillows very gently.He looked at her.He had never seen anything like it.Munkustrap brung over a cup of water and soem cloth

*you have to remember a cup of water is a lot to a cat* He diped the cloth in the water and began to clean her fur. "Mistofelees take a peice of cloth and dip it into the water or you could clean her with your tounge but that would take a long time."said Munkustrap.Mistofelees took a piece of cloth and diped it into the water and began to clean the boold from Victoria's face. "Poor Victoria."said Jennyanydots. "Light was this what you were talking 'bout earlyer?"asked Jelly. "I dont know."said Light. "Poor Victoria."said Jemima.She was crying. "Oh Jemima shh."said Pouncival putting his arms around her licking up her tears. "Only if Mistofelees didnt make her mad she wouldnt have left."said Electra. "So your saying young one is that Mistofelees mad Victoria mad and she ran out of the junkyard and then got attacked by a pollicle?"asked Old D. "Huh?Yes thats why Im saying."said Electra. "Ok little one."

Mistofelees and Munkustrap was finish cleaning up the blood and all they had was blood water.She has so many scratches and some bites here and there. "Mistofelees you stay here and I will go tell Old Deutoronomy that we finished."said Munkustrap and left.Mistofelees turned to Victoria and took her paw. "Victoria I am so sorry.Its my fault you got hurt and Im just so sorry."said Mistofelees with a couple of tears escaped his eyes and ran down his cheek. "Im just so sorry.I hope you will forgive me when you wake."said Mistofelees and put down her paw.Just then he heard some comotion out side.He sulked to the entranch and looked out.The kittens and cats were waiting to see Victoria.Mistofelees went back and sat back down by Victoria.Just then Munkustrap and Old D. came in to check up on Victoria. "How is he little one?"asked Old D. "She is doing fine I belive."said Mistofelees. "I hope she gets better.'said Old D. and left.Just then Pouncival and Jemima came in. "Oh Victoria."said Jemima sitting next to her friends side taking her paw. "Hows she doing Mistofelees?"asked Pouncival. "She is fine.She needs some rest."said Mistofelees.The two left and two by two they came in and looked at Victoria.Some ran out crying.Some held back the tears. "Mistofelees do you wanna leave her for the night or do you want to stay here and stay by her side til morning?"asked Munkustrap. "I will stay.It isnt right to leave a kitten by herself."said Mistofelees stretching. "Ok well I will be here tomarrow to see if she has woken up."said Munkustrap leaving.Mistofelees looked at Victoria.

*First we were enemies then we were friends then we were enimes again.Next I save her life.This has been a messed up day.* thought Mistofelees.He took her paw and squeezed it a little.then he heard a little moan. "Victoria?Come on get up.'said Mistofelees.She opened her eyes and saw Mistofelees. "Mistofelees."she said very quietly and weakly.She tryed to sit up but didnt hav the strenghth so Mistofelees layed her back down. "Shh you need to rest.You need to get your strenghth back."said Mistofelees smiling at her.She nodded. "Mistofelees...thanks for saving me today."said Victoria and fell back to sleep.A chill went over the place making Victoria shiver.Mistofelees layed down next tp her so she wouldnt get cold.She snuggled up against him purring.Mistofelees felt a strange feeling inside of him.He felt a strange feeling coming from Victoria.It was something he hadnt felt in a long time from another one of his kind.Love.He fell fast asleep.

In The Morning.. Munkustrap walked in and saw the 2 kittens.He smiled. "They make such a cute pair."said Munkustrap.WHen he looked at Victoria somehow all her bite marks and scratches were gone.He went and knelt down by Mistofelees and shook him. "Hey Mistofelees wake up."said Munkustrap.Mistofelees moaned but stayed asleep.Munkustrap kept shaking him. "Mistofelees get up."said Munkustrap.This time Mistofelees opened his eyes and yawned. "Hi Munkustrap."said Mistofelees. "So I see you were quite cozy last night."said Munkustrap. "Umm."said Mistofelees sitting up after he put ever so gently Victoria's head on a pillow. "Heheh.So I guess she woke up last night.'said Munkustrap patting Mistofelees on the back. "Yeah."he said.Mistofelees. "You 2 looked very cute together sound asleep."said Munkustrap.Mistofelees blushed. "Ah so you do like her.Yesterday at the begining you 2 were at each otehrs throat."said Munkustrap. "Yeah.I dont know how my aditude changed torwds her."said Mistofelees. "I know."said Munkustrap. "I had a strange feeling last night that I had hadn't had in a long time from m own kind.I could feel it just as strong maybe a littel stronger from Victoria."explained Mistofelees. "Hmm."said Munkustrap.Just then Victoria moaned and opened her eyes and sat up and stretched. "Morning Victoria."said the 2 boys. "Morning."said Victoria. "Glad to see you all well."said Munkustrap giving her a hug.She returned the hug. "Oh by the way who went to the Heavyside Layer lastnight?'asked Mistofelees. "Clapso."said Munkustrap. "Come on Victoria you have to get home.Since your home is on the way to my house I will walk you there."said Mistofelees. "Oh um by the way...were is your house?"asked Mistofelees.Victoria giggled. "I will show you."said Victoria. "Well bye Munkustrap."said Mistofelees. "Yeah bye."said Victoria and the 2 kittens left. "So Im glad you saved me from that pollicle last night."said Victoria. "Yeah.Oh do you forgive me for making you mad yesterday.And i think you dance beautifully."said Mistofelees. "Yes I do forgive you and thanks."said Victoria.They aproched a farm like place. "This is my house."said Victoria as they walked up to the porch. "Well bye.'said Mistofelees. "Yeah bye."said Victoria.Mistofelees looked at Victoria and rubed his head against Victoria's head purrsing loudly.Victoria was also purring loudly.Mistofelees left.Once Victoria couldnt see Mistofelees anymore she went inside.

"Honey do we have all the stuff packed?'asked Victoria's Master. "Yes John I do.Hey Victoria how are you?I have some bad news."said her mistress. "Jan why do you have to wait til the last second to do everything?'asked John. "Mommy!Mommy!Mommy!"said a girl running down the stairs. "Yes Jenna?"asked Jan. "I dont wanna leave my kitty!"cried Jenna hugging Victoria.Victoria didnt like the sound of that. "I know but were we are gonna live we cant have any pets."explained her mom. "Who are we gonna leave Victoria with?"asked Jenna. "Your dad's good friend.He has a boy cat that is lonley at times so we decided we are gonna give her to him.He already got a new coller for Victoria.It will be much better that the one she has on now."explained Jan.Jan took off the pink coller that Victoria had on and gave it to Jenna. "There now you will always remember your first kitten.Im glad we have all those pictures."said Jan. "Thanks mommy!"said Jenna and put down Victoria.

*Why am I always the last one to find out these types of things*thought Victoria. *I dont wanna leave my home.I dont wanna live with some complete stranger.I wanna stay with Jenny.*thought Victoria. "Ok lets head out."called John.They all left the house and piled up into the van.They put their seatbelts on and headed for John's friends house. Mistofelees walked in through the kitty door and yawn. "There you are I have been looking all over for you you silly kitty."said his master Jason.Mistofelees rubbed up against Jason's leg.Jason petted him.Mistofelees went and hoped up onto the couch and layed down.He kept replaying the night over and over again.Just then the door bell rang. "Hello?"asked Jason. "Hey Jason old buddy." "Hey John.You are here to drop the kitten off already?How fast do you need to get to were you gotta go?"asked Jason. "Really fast."said Jan.Mistofelees heard the part about a new kitten living here.

*A new kitten huh?Well he wont take my place I will make sure of that.*thought Mistofelees. "Well here she is.Were is her coller?'asked Jan. *The kitten is a GIRL!Oh my gosh what does Jason think he is doing?*thought Mistofelees.

*There goes my ticket out of Jasons life.*thought Mistofelees. "New coller?Now were did I put that coller?"said Jason looking through his pocket. "Hmm."he said. "Ah ha!Presto!"said Jason and a white coller with blue jewels all the way around it with a stunning tag was in his hands. "Oh that is so perddy.Perddyer than the pink coller we had."said Jenna.Just the Jason pulled out a sucker for Jenna and gave it to her. "Thanks!"said Jenna. "Well say bye to the kitty."said John.*Alright.I hated that kitten.Once we get the the appartment Im gettign a puppy.*thought John.Jenny handed over Victoria and started to cry.Victoria licked Jenny's tears and then her old family got into the van and left. "Ok kitty lets take you to see my kitty."said Jason putting Victoria's new coller on her. "You look beautiful."said Jason and walked into the house. "Here kitty kitty kitty!"called Jason.

*Im not going to him.*thought Mistofelees.Just then the phone rang.Jason put down Victoria and went to answer the phone. Victoria looked around the house and sighed.*I dont think I am gonna like it here.*She walked into the livingroom.Mistofelees felt the presents of anotehr cat and walked to the end of the couch and jumped over it and pounced on the kitten. "Meow!"shouted Victoria clawing her attacker.She hit him right on the face. "Stay away from me."she said. Mistofelees looked at the new kitten and saw that it was Victoria. "Victoria?"said Mistofelees. "Wha."said Victoria looking at the otehr kitten. "Mistofelees."she said rubbing her head on his. "Im gonna be living with you?"said Mistofelees. "Yeah I guess so."said Victoria. "So thats why my master bout that coller.It was for you."said Mistofelees. "It is just so pretty.my humans could never afourd it."said Victoria. "Well at lest you wont be living with some compleate stanger and a strange kitten."said Mistofelees. "Yeah."said Victoria. She went and layed down by the fire. Mistofelees went and layed down next to her.She placed her head on his back and fell asleep.He fell fast asleep too. "Oh isn't that cute. I fell Im gonna have some kittens in the future. "said Jason.

The two kittens slept and slept. They felt the special bond they had the other night. Something they had been missing for a long time. It was love from another.
