Hello   God

Hello God, I called tonight
To talk a little while..
I need a friend who'll listen
To my anxiety and trial...

You see, I can't quite make it
Through a day just on my own...
I need your love to guide me,
So I'll never feel alone

I want to ask you please to keep,
My family safe and sound.
Come and fill their lives with
confidence.For whatever fate
they're bound.

Give me faith, dear God, to face
Each hour throughout the day,
And not to worry over things
I can't change in any way.

I thank you God, for being home
And listening to my call,
For giving me such good advice
When I stumble and fall.

Your number, God, is the only one
That answers every time.
I never get a busy signal,
Never had to pay a dime.

So thank you,God, for listening
To my troubles and my sorrow.
Good night,God, I love You, too,
And I'll call again tomorrow!

A Pledge to Myself

Today I pledge to be the best
possible me. No matter how good I am,
I know I can become better.

Today I pledge to build on the work of
yesterday which will lead me into the
reward of tomorrow.

Today I pledge to feed my mind: knowledge
my body: strength and my spirit: faith.

Today I pledge to reach new goals, new
challenges, and new horizons.

Today I pledge to listen to the beat of
my drummer, who leads me onward
in search of dreams.

Today I pledge to believe in me.

I am His

I was lost as one of the shepherd's sheep,
Could not distinguish light from the darkness;
But Jesus awoke me from my deep sleep,
Turned my rebellion into willingness.

Since I'm born again I'm serving my Lord,
Praying, witnessing and trusting His word;
Oh, what a marvelous feeling it is
To know that now and always I am His!

Here's Your Vitamin I- Inpirations
Because of work, family, finances, health and daily
demands of life you may find yourself feeling burned
out and about to snap.

(take a deep breath)

Has your get up and go..just got up and went?
Are you losing your creativity, enthusiasm, sense
of humor, patience and faith?

(take a deep breath)

When you feel on edge, restless, bored and giving
up on your dreams and goals,it's time for a break.
You need a break before you have a breakdown.
A break could be as simple as getting outside
and going for a walk. Or you can be
rejuvenated by taking a vacation, change
your diet, change your lifestyle,
change your scenery, change jobs, change
relationships or just change your mind.

(take a deep breath)

Once you make positive and healthy changes
in your life, you can think clearly. You
will discover the energy and self-motivation
needed to face each day to make your
life more satisfying.

(smile)

Pay attention to:
1) how you are feeling,
2) your energy level,
3) how you're coping with stress,
4) who or what gets all your time,
5) your priorities,
6) your inner self-talk,
7) how much progress you're making
with your goals,
8) notice if you experience more
anxiety than action,
9) notice what you are resisting.

(take a deep breath)

Taking daily small steps can lead to
a BIG change in your life.

(give thanks)

Innerwork assignment:
Promise yourself you will take a break
even if it is a short one.

Affirmation:
"I am open to positive change. I let go
of stress, worry and hurry. I am ready
for a breakthrough not a breakdown. I
am motivated to think, speak and act in
positive dynamic ways. I am surrounded
with answers, abundance, peace and support.
I am willing and ready to let go of the
"unncessary" and take hold of right
thinking and right action. I am too
blessed to be stressed."

The Serenity Prayer

God, Grant me the serenity to accept
the things I cannot change,
courage to change the things I can,
and the wisdom to know the difference.

Living one day at a time,
Enjoying one moment at a time,
Accepting hardship as the
pathway to peace.

Taking, as He did, this sinful
world as it is, not as I would have it.
Trusting that He will make all things
right if I surrender to His will,

That I may be reasonably happy
in this life,and supremely happy
with Him forever in the next.

"A Reason To Rejoice"

People rejoice for many reasons, birthdays,
new births, holidays,anniversaries, etc.
But, when was the last time there was
a celebration because your name are
written in heaven.

Jesus had sent out seventy two by two
into every city and place He was to
go. Jesus told them the "harvest
truly is great, but the laborers are
few:..Go your ways: behold, I send
you forth as lambs among wolves." St.
Luke 10:1-3 What you may not know, is
these where trained, they where taught by
Jesus before He sent them out. Jesus
knew if they would do as He had taught
them, they would be successful in their mission.

When the seventy returned, they where
excited at the success of their mission.
They told Jesus "even the devils are subject
unto us through thy name." Realizing, nothing
was not going to happen without the name of
Jesus. Everything was subject unto them
in the name of Jesus. We should notice
that attitude, nothing will happen for us,
no demons will be subject to us, unless we
do it in the name of Jesus. When they
finished telling Jesus, Jesus told
them about witnessing Satan fall from
heaven as lightening, the power He
had given them to tread over scorpions,
and all power of the enemy. Jesus wanted
them to know all that is good, but there
is something better. Don't rejoice because
you are demons are subject to you, but rejoice
because your name is written in heaven!
Rejoice, again I say rejoice in the Lord
always. Rejoice! Rejoice that your name is
written in heave, again I say Rejoice!
Is your name there?
